Zion Safety Solutions is NOT working and in NO WAY affiliated with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and/ OR any other government agencies/Statutory Board it is solely a company and supplier for fire safety and other essential safety equipment.
Although encouraged and good to have, it is NOT COMPULSORY and NOT REGULATED By Law for residential homes to purchase or install any fire safety equipment. Any purchases are solely at your own will and discretion. Please do not hesitate to report any misleading or false claims from other organisations, suppliers or companies to the relevant authorities/agency if you come across them.
Terms and Conditions:
All fire extinguisher comes with a one year warranty against defects, pressure leakage and a goodwill replacement only if used in an Emergency* for yourself and/or for others in times of need.
*Emergency refers to the event of a fire regardless of location. Photo proofs are to be provided for free exchange of extinguishers and photos taken only AFTER fire has been extinguished AND when it is safe to do so.
Any free exchange will be at our sole discretion and only be provided upon verification and checks done by Zion Safety Solutions.
Goods* sold are refundable or may be exchanged with other products, WITHIN 7 DAYS from date of purchase.
*(Goods are to be returned in its original condition together with invoice/proof of purchase).
